Ingredients can occasionally be substituted at short notice, always review the allergy information available from the Catering Management Team each service on the allergen matrix, and in part, the dietaries board at the servery.

Due to the lines of communication with our French suppliers, there may be occasions when 'may contain' allergens are subject to change. We will update our website as soon as a supplier notification is received. Please speak to the Catering Management Team on Centre when ordering if may contain allergens are a concern to you or the child guest(s) under your supervision.

PGL/NST can provide meals that do not include the main 14 allergens as ingredients, where the dietary needs form has been completed during the booking process.
Where a guest’s requirements are very complex (for example multiple allergies, severe allergies, allergens that do not fall under the 14 listed allergens of the Food Information Regulations), discussion directly with the Catering Management Team pre-travel must take place and a pre plated meal can be requested.
We implement all reasonable controls for cross-contamination and control the ingredients within a recipe. However, it is not appropriate, for dishes produced in PGL/NST kitchens to be considered as 'free from', given that multiple ingredients are used in the kitchens to cook for large numbers.
